Agents run the back office.
You approve what matters.

Bizable agents connect to the systems your business already uses, draft the work, and queue it for your approval. Routine work runs on the rules you set, with a log you can review.

10 days free, then $99 per user a month. Card required, nothing charged today.

See it for your industry

A 44-second film. A desk buried in screens and paper, then Bizable's approvals queue: agents connect to the systems, draft the work, and queue only what needs a person's approval, while everything else runs with logs to review. Then the owner asks Bizable a question that spans several systems and gets the answer with its figures and a next step. It ends on a calm office and the line: the agentic operating layer for your business.

Agents connect to the systems you already use

  • QuickBooks
  • Banks via Plaid
  • Stripe
  • Square
  • Gusto
  • RouteNavigator
  • Gmail and Sheets
  • Microsoft 365

Every connection starts read-only. Agents write to a system only after you allow a specific action, and they never move money.

Try a morning at Northside Hauling.

This is the Today screen for a sample business in the industry you picked. Accept a decision and watch the agent carry it out. Undo is right there, the same as in the app.

  • Due-today decisions first, overdue at the top
  • Every amount says what it is: at risk, found, to send
  • Short enough to read before the doors open

Sample data. Tap a decision on the phone to see it post.

The real app, on a real morning.

Screens from the Bizable iPhone app, running on a sample hauling company. Everyone on your team gets it, scoped to what their role should see.

The Today screen for Northside Hauling: 10 items need you, $4,868.44 at risk, $255 found. The morning brief says three items were handled since yesterday, with each agent's part: Bookkeeper 1 done, Collections 2 done. Below it, a decision: 3 customers paid but are still suspended, with a Lift 3 holds button.
Today. The morning brief, each agent's part of it, and the one decision that needs you first.
Ask Bizable answering "Who owes us the most right now?": it read the open invoices, then says the City of Ridgeway owes the most, $6,400, not yet due, with a table of the three customers with open balances, $9,660 in total, and the records it used as sources.
Ask. A plain question gets the answer, the numbers behind it, and the records it read.

You only see the work that needs your attention.

Agents read your records through the day and sort what they find into concerns, opportunities and work ready to send. What they and your team already handled stays off your plate, summed up in one line you can open.

Every proposal shows its work.

Each item opens to what the agent found, the records it came from and what it would do, in plain words. You accept or reject. Nobody has to dig through three systems to check.

The back office is where it starts.

Most of running a business isn't money. Agents also watch the schedule, the rules you have to follow, your equipment and your customers, and bring the call to whoever should make it.

Examples of the work, not customer stories.

Agents handle the routine. People handle the exceptions.

Agents like Collections and the Bookkeeper take the repeat work, and your team takes what needs a person. Every job keeps one record that everyone writes into: who asked, who did it and what changed.

"Every Friday, find finished jobs with no invoice and queue them for my approval."

Bizable drafts the agent's instructions, systems and limits from one sentence, with every action set to ask first. You try it on past work before it starts.

Ask it anything. Approve in a tap. Automate the rest.

Every user gets all of it: Ask Bizable, approvals with an undo, rules with limits, and the month-end close.

Did Harbor Point ever pay? Their service is still on hold.

Yes. They paid $412.80 in QuickBooks two days ago, but their account is still on hold, so Thursday's visit was skipped. I can lift the hold and add a make-up visit.

      The close, mostly done

On the first of the month agents match invoices, payments and the bank feed, then bring in your bookkeeper only where they can't.

      • Unbilled work found and invoiced
      • Bank feed reconciled
      • Wages accrued
      • One call for you

      Everyone gets the app

Each person sees the jobs they're part of, scoped to their role. Someone in the field asked one question sees that job, not the whole business.

      You stay in control.

Agents get more freedom only when you grant it, and that freedom stays visible and reversible.

      Read-only to start

Connecting a system lets agents read it. Writing is allowed per system and per action, and you can take it back.

      Questions

      When am I charged?

Not today. Your trial runs 10 days. On - your card is charged $99 for each user on your account, and then once a month.

Why do you need a card for a free trial?

So your account keeps working on day 11 without a gap. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all.

      What counts as a user?

Each person in the office who signs in to Bizable. People in the field are free, and Bizable's own agents don't count.

What do agents do without asking?

They read, and they do the routine work your rules allow, with every action logged on the job's record. They never move money, take or refund payments, or submit payroll. Nothing that commits money, a price, a date or a customer message goes out unless you approved it or a rule you set allows it.

How is my data kept safe?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each business's records are walled off from every other business in the database itself, and bank sign-ins happen on Plaid's page, never ours. Bizable doesn't sell your data or use it to train AI models. Read how Bizable handles security.

Is it only for back-office work?

No. Billing, payroll and the month-end close are where most owners start, and the same way of working covers the rest: a shift nobody can cover, a license or inspection deadline, equipment that keeps failing, a customer who's about to leave. Bizable notices, prepares the work and brings the call to the person who should make it.

Which systems does it connect to?

Today: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Gusto, Stripe, Square, bank and card accounts through Plaid, RouteNavigator, Gmail, Google Sheets and Microsoft 365. Bizable connects through each system's own API, with your sign-in on that system's own page.

      Where do I use it?

On your phone, or in a browser at bizable.ai. When you start your trial, Bizable walks you through your company, systems, team and rules, then writes your first report.
