Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between Bizable ("Bizable", "we") and the business that signs up for Bizable ("you"). By creating a workspace or using Bizable, you agree to them on behalf of your business.

1. The service

Bizable reads records from the systems you connect, finds work that needs attention, prepares it, answers questions about your business, and carries out actions that you or your rules allow. It's available on iPhone and in a browser at bizable.ai.

2. Your account and your team

3. Connected systems

You may connect systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, Gusto, Stripe, Square, RouteNavigator, Google, Microsoft and bank accounts through Plaid. You confirm you're allowed to connect them and to let Bizable read them. Your use of each system stays subject to that provider's own terms. Bizable reads by default and writes to a connected system only after someone with the right permission allows that kind of action.

4. What Bizable does and doesn't do

5. Your data

Your business's data stays yours. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only to provide and improve Bizable for you, as described in our Privacy policy. We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models. You can export your data at any time, and when you close your workspace we delete it as the Privacy policy describes.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Bizable to break the law, to access systems or data you aren't authorized to, to send spam, to interfere with the service or other customers, or to reverse engineer or resell it. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

7. Trial, billing and cancellation

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bizable available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may improve or change features. If we remove something you depend on, we'll tell you ahead of time.

9. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Bizable isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Bizable and close your workspace at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or at once if you seriously break these terms. When it ends, you can export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell owners by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
